We love this brown rice. It tastes fresh and nutty (not stale and wonky and smelling rancid) It cooks up fluffy and delicious every time. Does it cost more than other brown rice? Yes. But the care of the earth and animals through the regenerative farming practices show up in the bowl or on the plate. It is delicious. Thank you for feeding the soil without pounding it with commercial fertilizer and caring for the creatures that inhabit the property. And lastly thanks for the wonderful rice!

We’ve tried lots of rices and this one is the best. It’s whole grain, the hulls are nicely removed so you don’t ever get a mouthful of fibers, and grown in Missouri with environmentally conscious practices.
This rice cooks up beautifully. It's fluffy with each grain separate. The aroma is wonderful and makes me want to add a bit of butter and sugar and eat it for dessert.
I'm so grateful to have access to sustainably grown brown rice. Today I steamed it for 30 minutes and then added some coucous to the pot, having started with enough salted water, and the result is wonderful...even desired by young grandkids. I love this rice and we use it all the time. It has a nutty sweet fragrance that compliments other foods. After finding Cahokia rice, I feel that I have found the perfect rice. Also, it’s grown in Midwest USA by ecologically conscious people…a big plus for me.
